We had a lady who took classes here at Ivey league MMA a while back. She was in our Kickboxing classes. Long story short, she dropped out of the classes. Her reason was she “wasn’t losing the weight fast enough”.
Now, since we see so many people lose weight…a lot of weight mind you, I wanted to look into this and see how it was possible.
It turns out that she was signed up here for 2 months and came to 2, YES (2) Classes! So yeah, I’m not surprised you didn’t lose any weight. You didn’t do a darn thing about it.
I have a rule here at Ivey League. It’s simple: NO EXCUSES!
That’s how we treat the women’s bootcamp program. We hold all the ladies responsible for their actions. You put the work in and you lose weight, and if you don’t then you don’t, simple right?
The first step to getting in shape is the right attitude. You’ve gotta want to get in shape and want to work hard in order to do it. This isn’t a fantasy land where you can just “wish” to get toned. No you have to work hard, eat right and live the lifestyle.
Like with the lady I talked about above, she didn’t want it. She didn’t have the right attitude to lose weight.
I tend to think that those reading this blog do however, have that attitude.
